Born and raised in rural Ontario, Canada, I’ve spent more time outdoors than inside. Breathing the fresh air around me, I have always taken time to appreciate the beautiful area that I’ve been blessed to call home. Camping has been something I have enjoyed since I was a child. Through many years of experience tent camping on Crown Land and Provincial Parks in Ontario, I have learned many hard lessons and some neat tricks to making camping fun and exciting.

Over the last few years, I have spent many summer days and nights camping by the lake with my family in our 2009 Star Craft Camper Trailer. While I’m still learning a lot about it, I have learned a few things that I’d like to share along the way.
